Howard Ghedia initially created Lifestyle Planner as a tool to assist the running of his business, which specialised in financial planning, accounting, tax and wealth creation services. Following conversations with other professionals in the industry and through personal experience, it was soon realised that this website tool was something that would assist other Financial Planners better manage their clients information and provide them with current, accurate information. The tool would also benefit their clients by making the process of collecting financial data easier and less time consuming.
Howard then questioned – why limit this system by making it only available to Financial Planners and their clients? If he was going to make a greater impact on the savings culture within Australia, why not make it available to everyone via the internet? This tool could benefit every Australian who wishes to improve their financial situation by making budgeting easier, offering a simple and effective savings and cash flow system where they could keep any eye on their finances, and also learn to better manage their money.
