All Professional memberships provide the following benefits:

Subscription Fees
|
An affordable subscription fee of $110.00 per month (inclusive of GST) is paid via
direct debit from a nominated credit card. This fee covers usage of the Lifestyle
Planner Professional Control Panel regardless of the number of Clients linked.

Client Subscription Fee Split
|
Lifestyle Planner Australia Pty Ltd will split all Client subscription revenue received
50/50 when a Client, invited by a Professional, is not already a Lifestyle Planner
subscriber or the Client is a Lifestyle Planner Silver member and they link to that
Professional.

|
|
|
Contact Management System
|
Upload all of your clients’ contact details from your existing client database into
Lifestyle Planner.
If you don’t currently have a client contact database, Lifestyle Planner will give
you the ability to create one and maintain it easily.
You can also easily invite your contacts to subscribe to Lifestyle Planner via the
Contact Management System allowing you to gain access to all of their financial
data once linked.

Calendar
|
Maintain all of your appointments, meetings, tasks and to do list items in one Calendar.
View your Calendar by Day, Week or Month making it easy for you to focus on upcoming
events and tasks.
Mark any calendar item as New, Pending, Completed, In Progress or Postponed.

Gain Access to Lifestyle Planner Client Data

Invite your clients to become Lifestyle Planner Members and gain access to their
uploaded financial data including their Net Worth, Income, Assets, Liabilities,
Budgets and Financial Goals. No more working with “guesstimations”.
View their data graphically, in statement form or by producing reports.
Compare Lifestyle Planner data with actual Bank Statements to ensure all transactions
have been captured and categorised accurately.

Messaging System

Communicate with Lifestyle Planner Clients linked to your Professional membership
from within Lifestyle Planner. Never lose an email again!
Clients can respond to Messages you send from within Lifestyle Planner maintaining
a complete history of sent and received messages.

Maintain all of your File Notes for each Client
|
Compose file notes for each client and save them within Lifestyle Planner.
File notes cannot be accessed by your clients maintaining privacy.

Document Management / On-line Document Storage
|
Scan and upload any client document into Lifestyle Planner and store them in a fully
customisable Folder structure accessible by you clients from their login. (Selected
documents can be also hidden from Client view).
Receive 100 megabytes of storage for free. (Larger storage requirements up to 100
gigabytes are available for purchase at an additional cost).
Clients can access their own documents remotely ensuring that they also never lose
important information about their finances. Some examples of the types of Documents
you may store are: Bank Statements, Tax Returns / Assessments, Pay Slips, Insurance
Policies, etc. You may even want to charge a fee for providing this service giving
you an additional income stream.

Marketing Module

Market to all of your clients, whether they are Lifestyle Planner users or not.
Even send Newsletters to “External” subscribers or Prospects increasing your chances
of future new business.
Create rich HTML Newsletters from with Lifestyle Planner and save them for ongoing
use. “Initial Introduction” and “Invitation” Newsletter templates are provided upon
subscribing.
Create Marketing Campaigns based on subsets of your client database and save these
Campaign lists for future use. You can easily add or remove recipients from any
Campaign at any time.
Maintain a record of who has been sent a particular newsletter for later reference.
Clients can unsubscribe themselves from Newsletters by accessing their Lifestyle
Planner account. No more concerns about “spamming” clients who decide not to receive
Newsletters.
